How to get rid of ruined window tinting, the top layer was easy to pull of ,but there seems to be second layer?

the best thing I know is a hair dryer, and a good razor bladeHow to get rid of ruined window tinting, the top layer was easy to pull of ,but there seems to be second layer?
If removing tinting from home windows, you can use a single edge razor blade and water or glass cleaner as a lubercant to scrap the tint and glue away. If using on auto glass scrap with the curveature of the glass. If trying to remove tinting from rear windows in an auto make sure that it doesn't have heating elements across the window. If it does have heating be very careful not to cut the brass elements.

P.S. Please use a handle to hold the blade to prevent cutting yourself. Can be found at Wally WorldHow to get rid of ruined window tinting, the top layer was easy to pull of ,but there seems to be second layer?
I have sprayed Amonia onto the residue then stuck newspaper to it and sprayed it again to keep the paper wet. It disolves the glue and makes it easier to scrape off.
