I live in NY and have 20% tint on my windows(only 20% of light goes through). I havn't gotten a ticket yet but wanted to know, if I just pay the ticket and get pulled over again, can I just keep paying the ticket or will they eventually impound it or something else?WINDOW TINTING: Can your car be impounded for not removing tint?
Once a ticket is written and the fine payed you have 30 days to correct the tint.If you get caught after this 30 days for the same thing your car will be towed as a unsafe vehicle.I went through this mess a few years ago.It gets expensive really fast.WINDOW TINTING: Can your car be impounded for not removing tint?
