Technically, the windshield and front windows cannot have any tint at all. Even aftermarket light tint. However, most poilice will not write a fix it ticket if it is lightly tinted, but if they are looking to hassle you then you are fair game.
The limit is 50% in the years 2012 - 2014 and 60% in 2016. All windows get the sun, so all will need to reflect the heat.
