Here are a few marketing suggestions for you to work on getting the word out about who you are and what you do:
1) Make sure you have a business card (order online for very little) and hand it out to everyone you know or don't know. The thing you have to remember is that just because you offer that card to one person, it may affect the 20 closest people in their group. That adds up very quickly.
2) Make flyers at your computer to save on cost. Post them at the places you wouldn't think about in terms of window tinting. Local coffee shops (people read everything there), bars, grocery stores, bathrooms, etc.
3) Talk with those who you can align with. Get to know your closest car dealer. Tell him you will give him a commission if he sends people to you after they buy a car. This way, he is making money, but he is also helping you market your product. Talk with places like car rental companies. They may have a contract with someone, but everyone is willing to negotiate.

Post on craigslist in the services section. Thats what most freelancers do.
