How can I get window tinting off of my car?

Its about half off, but there are still gross layers. Is it really safe to use a razor blade? Won't it scratch the glass? The sticker tint that i have is a purple color...and its half peeled off already, but i really need to do something about it, because half the time i can't see through my back window.|||use rubbing alc. and a paper towel. and be patiant. takes a while|||hello there you will need to get a good quailty glass cleaner pull the film off the best you can the glue will stay there spray the glass cleaner on the glue and use your razor blade to scrape it off you will be surprized how well the glass cleaner will work be sure to use enough window cleaner donot use a ceap cleAner they won`t work hope this helps %26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;k.c|||peel off what you can then soak it down with water and use a razor blade( no it won't hurt the glass) and try to scrape the rest off, there will be a sticky film left so use wd-40 or fingernail polish remover along with the razor blade and a clean rag to take the rest off and it's a tedious job.
