How do you make window tinting adhesive spray or where can I purchase this?

As well as using a water / soap solution when tinting car windows, most professional applicators use an adhesive spray to help the film stick. What is this solution composed of or can I get it online anywhere? Thanks|||Actually the window film already has an adhesive backing. The water and small amount of soap allow the film to be positioned.
