What does it mean to cure during window tinting?

I got my windows tinted and they said to not roll the windows down or wash them bc they r still curing. What does that mean?|||they have not fully adhered to the window glass yet, if you roll it down you will rip the tints or give it lines. Be very careful on how you wash it, not harmful chemicals such as Windex or such. I use a mild water and vinegar solution and news print. Works the best on all windows. I would give them about 7 days before moving them, also do not use the rear defroster.|||it means it has to get set to the window.
