Can i use window tinting film on my car windows when its cold?

I want to use window tinting film on my car windows but didnt know if it would work properly when the temperature is fairly low, for example 1 or 2 degrees?|||No problem.|||Don't do it when it is cold or wet. Do it in a garage.
