how much is the average window tinting cost? i have a 2003 Volkswagen passat, and am wanting all the windows tinted just a little, nothing illegal. my windows don't have any tint right now.

I have a 2000 Volkswagen GTI 2 door, and my top of the line Lumar film was $175 for the front side, rear side, and hatchback glass. It is a 35% light film. Lumar is a very good brand because it contains metal in it to block heat out.|||I would estimate that the tint for your car to be installed would be approximately $200. Don't go cheap on tint. Go to a reputable business who offers a warranty and a good product. Not all tints are the same. Look for one which protects from UV rays, and are a well known brand.
