Invisible window tinting is available for home/business windows that completely blocks UV rays, so you won't get any UV skin damage.
Is it possible to find such windows or film for automobile windows--to cover the windshield and all other car windows--and is invisible?
Thanks.|||The answer is-YES . First ; contrary to one of the responders above, "ordinary glass" has zero effect on UVA and UVB. Many people think this way, but sadly glass has no UV inhibiting properties. CP Films and FormulaOne Films http://www.formulaone.com has a film UV Shield that factors nearly 100% of the harmful UV rays. Many of our solar control films also block 99.9% of the UV- so unless your state has a very restrictive tint law you might consider a modest amount of visual light reduction. These films have received the Seal of Approval of the Skin Cancer Foundation. May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month , so your question is very timely.|||Sounds like a bit of a scam to me as ordinary glass blocks most UV. This si why reactive glasses don't go dark in a car.|||Why don't you just buy the stuff that's designed for home or business and adapt it? If it's a liquid, just spray it or use a paint brush; if it's a film, just cut it to size.
Check the directions before applying so you don't mess up the car's windows.
