Can you darken window tinting without removing the tinting you already have on?

I have 35% tinting on my front, rear, and back windows, and it just isn't dark enough. I want to get 20-25% and I don't know if there is a way to darken the 35% or if I just have to remove it and have it completely re-done?

You could apply new tint over old tint but you risk having it bubble and you will void your tint's warranty
