How much does paint job and window tinting cost ?

how much would it cost if i wanted to get a paint job for a 2002 ford focus? its white, i dont care if the paint is like not that great, i just dont want it white, i want it like a gray, darker gray, so it doesnt look dirty so easily. also how much does window tinting cost, i want it kinda dark .. ?|||Well to change a car's color, you're looking at about $2000 for a whole paint job. That will get you a very nice, good quality paint job. Do not go to MAACO or any cheap place like that. When it comes to getting your car painted, believe me - you really get what you pay for. They take less time to prep and sand then most places do and will not apply as many clear coats or base coats. It is a much worse job. Just pay more now if you want to do it right and you will save yourself a lot of hassle. Your paintjob will be peeling, bubbling, cracking, and rusting if it is not done right. Go to somewhere that has a good reputation only. I would only seriously consider this if you plan on keeping your car for a long time.





To tint the windows, I'm guessing your car is a 4-door but anyways it will probably cost about $100 for the rear, then about $75 for each side window, so that would be $300+$100, so about $400 to get your whole car done. That would be about the most, I would imagine you might be able to find a better deal. It would be cheaper if it is just a 2-door coupe. I know a lot of tint shops will usually run some kind of deal like do one 2 side windows for the price of one or something. Check with your tinting laws too, you'll be really mad if you go and get all of the tint put on and get pulled over for it being too dark, so just a word of warning for you.
