I work for Budget Car Sales for the last 13 years. I am curious. When a potential customer is car shopping, does window tinting make a vehicle look more or less appealing. Is it good to already have the windows tinted when you are purchasing? Do you think it changes the appearance of the car or suv for the good or bad. I work in Florida where tint is a MUST for most people in the summer.|||No, no, no tint. How can other drivers see you flippin' the bird? It squelches road rage which psychologists now officially accept as a healthy venting of emotion.|||I like the look of a car better with the windows tinted. It looks more expensive.|||Tint in summers !|||I'm not a fan of window tinting. If I was I'd be looking for a car without it and have it done separately.|||It's a must in TX too. I've only bought new cars though, and had them tinted myself. If I was to buy a used car, yes, tint (in excellent condition) would be a must as well.|||Yes, I think the tinted windows are a plus. I live in Central Texas.|||For me window tinting is not important. The only thing i am look ing when i buy a car is that it is well preserved. And of coarse that it drives well!|||Yes, I think a car doesn't look as exspensive if it doesn't have tint.. plus it makes the car a little cooler, and the have less glare.
If it is a sporty looking truck,,then tint impoves that imagine a whole lot!
So, tint them,, but by someone who knows what they are doing....bubbles in the tint,,,,no matter how much the car cost,,,,looks horrible!|||In Florida, I'd say pre-tinted is better. Here in New Jersey, I couldn't care less if the windows were tinted or not!
