Would window tinting or a loud sound system be cooler for my car?

I have about 350 to work on my car with. I have an ok sound system right now but my windows have no tinting. I just want to know which one would be cooler. Getting all my windows tinted, or upgrading my sound system?|||Windows tinted! When its that humid in your car, it can cause drowsiness or sweating, which can be dangerous for being a driver [the drowsiness part xD] You can get the sound system later, since you have an OK one already.|||what kind of car do you have.. as my opinion i got my cars windows tinted before i got my sound system in|||I have a sound system in my car and its awesome, i think its way worth it to get sound system than tinted windows, cuz you're just going to be rolling your windows down and blasting some music anyway. :D
